KRLD Restaurant Week
benefiting North Texas Food Bank and the Lena Pope Home.
Named after the Radio Laboratories of Dallas, KRLD broadcast (originally at 1040 on the AM dial) 6 hours a day, except on Wednesdays when the station closed down to make repairs and recharge the batteries. Since 1938, KRLD's 50,000-watt signal has been booming out over 100 miles in every direction, and can be heard at night in 38 states.
The Family Place - Partner's Card
The Card Buyer purchases a Partners Card for $60. Participating Partners Card merchants offer a generous 20% discount to cardholders for the eight-day period. Thus, 100% of the $60 card purchase goes directly to support The Family Place programs and services for victims of domestic violence in our community.

Captain Hope's Kids
With a mission to "meet the critical needs of homeless children," Captain Hope's Kids provides more than 40 homeless service agencies with diapers, wipes, toiletries, birthday boxes, school supplies, and clothing for more than 100 children who sleep homeless in North Texas each night. As the number of homeless families increases at an alarming rate, it is crucial that we continue to provide these supplies.
