1) If you receive an A-List Certificate you simply hit the Buy button to receive your 50%-90% Off offer via email and use it ANY DAY you like until it expires.

A-List Certificate Frequently Asked Questions
1) If I don’t use the entire certificate’s value in one visit can I use the rest later? No, you must use the entire value. We try to make sure the value of the certificate can be easily used in one visit.
2) Can I receive change back if I don’t use the whole amount?
No, since they are 50-90% Off the value there can be no cash value.
3) When will I receive my A-List Certificate?
We will email you your certificate the next day. This gives the A-List business time to answer questions via phone the day of the event and provide great service starting the next day.
4) How do I validate A-List Certificate once received via email?
Print out your Certificate and sign it with the name of the purchaser. This will validate your Certificate and it is ready to use!
5) Can I purchase an A-List Certificate as a gift?
Of course! However, please make sure to write the name that the certificate was purchased under in the space provided on the certificate. This will make it valid.

6) Can my A-List Certificate be used for Alcohol too?
Why sure! Unless otherwise specified they are almost always valid for alcohol!
7) Is Tax and Tip Included?
Never. Our restaurant certificates do not include tax and tip. In true A-List form, please tip on the pre-discounted amount so they enjoy the event as much as you. This will keep them coming back for more!
8) Is the A-List Certificate valid with other offers or specials?
No, our offers are so huge you cannot combine them with other specials, discounts or offers.

A-List Event Frequently Asked Questions
1) When do I notify the vendor that I'm on the A-List?
When you arrive you should tell the restaurant server or business that you are on the A-List to receive your discounts. It is a good idea to ask them to review what the A-List specials are.
2) How do I receive the A-List Event discounts?
You can either print out the daily email and present it upon arrival or just tell them you are on the A-List if you would like to go green and save the paper.
4) Are A-List Event savings valid with other discounts or specials?
Unless specified, additional discounts or specials are not included.
5) How should I handle the tip?
In true A-List form, please tip on the pre-discounted amount so the wait staff will enjoy the event as much as you. This will keep them coming back for more A-List Events!
